You're supposed to have those sorts of things removed? Seriously? I've had a couple really horrible ones over the past several months, but I always...did my own removing. You know, the whole deal where you carve into that section of your toe so you can see the whole nail and then carve out that section of the toenail and carve out a "v" shape into the nail so it doesn't grow back so quick. It hurts like hell when I do it, but it's the sort of pain you enjoy because it's not as bad as the damn toenail. I haven't had one in a while though, and I'm glad because I HATE cutting away part of the skin on my toe myself...yucky! Ouch it makes my feeties hurt thinking about it...
